The kernels are collected, then washed and carefully dried in a controlled atmosphere no higher than 60º C to prevent microbial contamination prior to processing. The kernels are then crushed mechanically without any solvent.
Features a natural almond-like scent that can be used as a natural alternative to synthetic fragrances.
