Description
Cherry Kernel Oil contains a polyunsaturated fatty acid called “eleostrearic.” Eleostrearic is considered to play an important role in the production of prostaglandins, which are a vital group of hormones involved in pain relief mechanisms, as well as controling cell metabolism. Cherry Kernel Oil is a stable emollient oil with a light skin feel that is rich in oleic acid, vitamins (A and E) and natural tocopherols.
Cherry Kernel Oil makes a light, moisturizing addition to lip balms, body butters, salt and sugar scrubs, bath oils and massage oils. It works well as a penetrating carrier oil in aromatherapy.
