Our STORY STARTS HERE
Melody and I started Integrity Ingredients out of love for what we do, and for our customers. We believed wholeheartedly that passion, commitment and innovation are crucial for success in the beauty industry. In addition, we were, and continue to be deeply committed to the development of clean beauty, so within our business practices, we dedicated our efforts to advance the pillars of sustainability, ethical sourcing, social responsibility and transparency – Advancing the Beauty with a Conscious Movement.
We committed ourselves to commercializing highly efficacious, ingredients that are a fusion of Clean Science and Bio-Active Naturals. We became intensely determined to provide our customers with clean, safe, ingredients and personal care formulas that are beautiful, on-trend and highly efficacious to attract the interest and excitement of today’s consumers. Unfortunately, a number of these technologies are derived from indigenous societies who live in poverty with few employment opportunities. We also sadly discovered that some of these communities rely solely on deforestation and the planet’s destruction for income. Thus, it became our quest to advance social change in unison with our work to research, develop and commercialize clean beauty innovation.

DAVID HOWELL
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
David Howell is one of the co-founders of Integrity Ingredients Corporation (IIC) and has served as its Chief Executive Officer for more than fifteen years. David started his early career as a sales representative and believed that he could make a difference in the beauty industry with a company of his own design. Since then, he and his wife, Melody Howell have nurtured and evolved IIC from a raw material distribution company to a beauty innovation incubator for ingredients, formulas and finished products alike. David led the development of two Southern California technical labs to support IIC’s products and services and has recently established a third lab in Dallas, Texas to bring an entirely new level of innovation to IIC’s clients. This initiative is focused on developing technological solutions and services to enable more stable formulations, faster speed to market and resourceful, intellectual property.
MELODY HOWELL
CHIEF OF OPERATIONS
Also, a co-founder of Integrity Ingredients Corporation (IIC) Melody Howell serves as Chief of Operations for the company among a myriad of other duties. She and David started the business together and have worked in tandem to build what the company is today. Along with David’s efforts to expand the product development services, Melody appointed a Product Development and Innovation Team centralized it in the New York metropolitan region. Her intention was to expand IIC’s domestic presence, and to increase discovery of the beauty industry’s East Coast needs. She envisioned IIC to be one of the first boutique distribution companies to establish a dedicated team with the technological and product expertise to tackle the complex innovation issues brands and personal care marketers face today. She and David have invested heavily in this team and new clients are taking full advantage of this expertise.
DR. JOY ROEDERER
TECHNOLOGY & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Our very own PhD in Chemistry, Dr. Joy Roederer, serves as IIC’s Senior Vice President of Technology & Business Development and leverages her expertise to source and execute new ingredient technologies from concept to commercialization. Her past leadership roles encompassed technical and strategic product development, innovation, and Regulatory Affairs at SC Johnson, BF Goodrich / Lubrizol, and Guthy-Renker. Her accomplishments include the development, manufacture and launch of more than 400 raw materials, and new cosmetic, OTC, and nutritional products in the US and overseas. Joy interfaces with global ingredient suppliers to qualify and guide regulatory compliance and testing to ensure the highest efficacy standards. In addition, she is actively building IIC’s technology and product concept portfolio and collaborates with formulators to facilitate product development.
CHRISTINA DEAN
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Christina Dean has been newly appointed to join the Integrity Ingredients team as Director of R&D and brings with her over 20 years of applications and development experience. Christina began her career in contract manufacturing as a formulator and later joined a global distributor to develop and manage their personal care applications center. She enjoys working with customers to provide ingredient technical support, as well as creating innovative prototype formulations that are on target with the latest trends. Christina has been intrinsically involved in the creation of technical marketing and training literature and lends her expertise to support the sales staff with technical advice and joint visits to customers.
VINCENT PENNA
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & INNOVATION
Vincent Penna is an experienced senior executive with a demonstrated history in the cosmetics industry and serves as IIC’s Senior Vice President of Business Development and Innovation. He is an expert in luxury goods, consumer, and personal care products, as well as beauty industry manufacturing and brand management. His past roles include President of Englewood Labs, Vice President of Corwood Labs and an executive role at Faber-Castell. His current focus is on technologies that feature Clean Beauty product concepts and trends. Vincent has established his reputation as a strong business development professional with an eye for novel technologies and unique, clean beauty ingredients.
NATALIE DILALLO
MARKETING & STRATEGIC PLANNING
Natalie DiLallo serves as IIC’s Vice President of Marketing & Strategic Planning. Her global expertise to develop and implement proprietary technologies, innovation, and business strategies support IIC's corporate mission to expand as well as deliver transformative, clean beauty products. Her past leadership roles at global beauty companies drove explosive, recurring revenue by leveraging data and consumer insights to architect strategic marketing initiatives and creative product development. She is recognized as a resourceful growth catalyst and leverages her marketing strengths to develop innovation and to drive consumer awareness, brand adoption and loyalty. Building IIC’s brand equity is her constant focus, and she executes as a consistent, highly motivated, intuitive thought leader powered with passion, vision and creativity to further the development and adoption of IIC’s product portfolio.
SANDY BUSH
Sandy Bush has served at IIC for more than fifteen years in various roles and is currently working as the Creative Director of Marketing. She started her career at IIC as a Supply Chain Manager, then moved on to an Account Manager for the next ten years, but it was her demonstrable creative flair that was the defining element that promoted her into the Marketing Department. She oversees IIC's promotion and advertising efforts to drive sales and build brand awareness. Her responsibilities include the development of overall marketing plans, the creation and oversight of ad campaigns, and the measurement of the return on investment for IIC’s digital, email and social media activities.
RODNEY GRAU
In 2011, Rodney Grau joined Integrity Ingredients Corporation (IIC) in a dual role to serve as Regional Account Manager for the Mideast and Southeast Territories, as well as support IIC’s Information Technology infrastructure. In Rodney’s previous role, he served as Director of IT for a Behavior Health company but aspired to advance his career by working directly with customers. In November 2021, after increasing significant revenue, Rodney was promoted to Director of Sales to manage IIC’s US Sales Team, as well as the CSR Department. He collaborates with IIC’s Innovation and Marketing Teams to develop strategic sales initiatives, while he promotes the company as a proud member of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists. Rodney believes strongly in IICs’ mission and values to advance Clean Beauty where he leverages his leadership skills to develop new business while inspiring loyalty, tenacity and teamwork.
VALERIA CARRASQUILLO
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Valeria Carrasquillo brings over two decades of experience in the beauty industry to her role as West Coast Sales Manager. Since joining the team in May 2024, Valeria has leveraged her extensive background in supply chain management, material requirements planning, and inventory management to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Her previous roles include Senior Raw Material Buyer at KDC-One, where she managed supply chain operations for over five years, and Senior Material Logistics Planner at Aware Products, where she honed her expertise in manufacturing and logistics. Before her tenure at Aware Products, Valeria served as Operations Planner at Thibiant International, Inc., and held a long-standing position at Wella/Sebastian International in sales and customer service. Her diverse experience spans project management at Orly and various business development roles over a twelve-year period. Valeria's comprehensive skill set, and strategic approach have been instrumental in enhancing operational efficiencies and fostering client relationships throughout her career.
MEGHAN KLAGES
ACCOUNT MANAGER
A 2013 graduate from Endicott College, Boston, Meghan began her career with a major cosmetics packaging firm in 2014 as an Account Manager. Meghan's responsibilities included project development, pre-production samples, quotes, and the execution of final orders for cosmetic brands across the United States. She also served as Supply and Inventory Specialist where she helped the company create a website catalog, as well as their sample library and retain room. Today, Meghan’s duties encompass Integrity Ingredients’ business development initiatives to expand the Northeast US Region along with the support of the senior sales staff, as well as Integrity’s Innovation Team.
CONNIE WIGHTMAN
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Connie Wightman has been in the Personal Care Industry for twenty-six years and has joined Integrity Ingredients Corporation in 2007. She currently serves as IIC’s Midwest and Southeast Customer Service Representative to support the sales team and enjoys talking to her customers daily with whom she has built many, strong relationships over the years. In her prior role, she worked as an Office Manager for eight years overseeing the corporate needs for an abrasives company.
KIM YATES
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Kim Yates has served in Customer Service in the Personal Care Industry for fifteen years and joined Integrity Ingredients Corporation in 2016. Prior to her role at IIC, Kim was employed as a CPA for eight years and was a restaurant chain General Manager for sixteen years. At IIC, she currently serves to facilitate orders and shipments as the Western and South-Central Customer Service Representative and works daily with her customers with whom she has built many long-lasting relationships.
